Incredible Journeys was founded in 2012 by David and Edwin, driven by a shared belief that the most meaningful adventures are those designed with intention. From the earliest spark of an idea to seamless execution in the field, every journey is carefully conceptualised and thoughtfully crafted to reflect the unique needs, aspirations, and circumstances of each client.

At the heart of Incredible Journeys is a deep passion for lived experience. David and Edwin draw from their own personal journeys, across landscapes, cultures, and moments of challenge and discovery, to shape adventures that go beyond travel. They take pride not only in what is explored, but in what is revealed along the way, helping others realise lifelong dreams through experiences that are both transformative and enduring.

Today, Incredible Journeys is supported by a close-knit team of seasoned guides, instructors, and facilitators. Collectively, they bring an uncommon depth of experience, technical expertise, and human insight that is unparalleled in their ability to lead with care, adaptability, and quiet confidence. Together, they ensure that every journey is not just well-executed, but deeply felt.

Edwin Siew, founder/owner

Edwin Siew is an experiential learning practitioner and expedition leader who believes that meaningful growth often comes through purposeful challenges in nature. Drawing on decades of outdoor leadership and facilitation experience, he designs journeys that combine hands on adventure with reflective learning, helping individuals and teams develop resilience, leadership, and self awareness.

An accomplished mountaineer, Edwin became the first Singaporean to summit Mount Everest in 1998. He later completed the first Southeast Asian alpine style ascent of Mount Xixabangma (8027m) without supplementary oxygen and co led Singapore’s first Antarctica expedition in 2000. His climbing career also includes attempts on Everest and K2 without bottled oxygen, reflecting a lifelong pursuit of exploration and endurance.

Before founding Incredible Journeys, Edwin spent 20 years with Outward Bound Singapore, where he eventually led the training and professional development of instructional staff. Today he continues to guide expeditions and design customised experiential programmes around the world, drawing from his extensive field experience to create journeys that challenge, inspire, and leave lasting impact.
